Finalists Again!
While we are patting ourselves on the back; in late 2008 we again made the Top 3 Finalists in the SEEK National Recruiter Awards (SARAs) in the Specialists Recruiter Category and again we were the only South Island Recruiter making the finals in this category.
Our RCSA SDS Accreditation
Buzz is only the third company in New Zealand to pass the rigorous RCSA Service Delivery Standard. This sets a benchmark for the highest quality service and operational efficiency in the recruitment industry. This certification is a demonstration of our commitment to excellence in recruitment services.
The Service Delivery Standard is built on internationally recognised management standards and developed to suit the particular requirements of the recruitment industry.
In many respects the Standard is similar to the ISO Quality Standards, but a significant difference is that it focuses on customer service outcomes as the primary driver of business direction and operations design. Key outcomes are operational efficiencies and stronger customer loyalty, and underpinning it are the principles of the RCSA Code for Professional Practice.

Prospero Award for Excellence in Recruitment
On the 31st of May 2007 Prospero was awarded a ‘Big Tick’ in the BITC Awards for Excellence. It is the only recruitment consultancy in the whole of the UK to be awarded a Big Tick.
This makes us the UK’s most sustainable recruitment consultancy.
Prospero’s submission ‘Realise your Potential’ in the Eco-efficiency category of the Awards for Excellence 2007 has been awarded a Big Tick. The Big Tick is given to those companies that can demonstrate the positive impact of their responsible business behaviour on society as well as on the company itself. The decision to award the Big Tick was made by a panel of independent, experienced practitioners, and as such is both hard won and highly prestigious.
In the past few years our focus has been on issues associated with corporate, ethical, social and environmental behaviour. Prospero has used CSR as a way to drive innovation across the business.
Through the launch of the company’s policy their aim has been to emphasise the CSR issues that are of most concern to our clients.
